What is the Pre‑K Partnership Program?
The Pre-K Partnership Program is a Public School Dual Partnership with ResponsiveEd that will provide expanded access to high-quality care and education through our Candyland Daycare .

Questions (FAQ)
Eligibility: Your child must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year and meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Medicaid,
- SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
- TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
- Child is an English Language Learner (ELL)
- Child is homeless (qualifies under McKinney-Vento Act)
- Child is in foster care (documentation required)
- Parents are active-duty military or previously served
Your child must be 3 or 4 by September 1 and may qualify if they meet any one of the following:
- Educationally disadvantaged (low family income, parents with limited education, or foster care)
- Limited English proficiency
- Military family
- Homeless
- Star of Texas Award recipient
- CCS eligible
- Pre K 3-year-olds: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Pre K 4-year-olds: 8:30 AM – 4:10 PM
This program offers a high-quality early learning experience, combining the nurturing environment of our center with the benefits of public Pre-K, all at no extra cost to eligible families
